Event Rental Details

Our Event Rentals section is designed for the DIY-er, event decorator, or event vendor looking to add some pizzazz to their event while being mindful of their budget. 

A few things to keep in mind when you inquire:

  • All pickups & returns are in Kitchener, Ontario (delivery charges are extra depending on your location and subject to availability)

  • A minimum $50 rental spend is required (or min quantity will be stated in the item)

  • We will require your full name, email address & cell phone number along with the date of rental in order to reserve

  • 50% of rental total is required to be paid immediately to secure your contract & date

  • Balance 50% + a security deposit $300 will be due on the date of pick up

  • Please bring one piece of photo ID for pickup

  • Appropriate vehicle will be required for pick up, we reserve the right to refuse your contract if you do not have a suitable vehicle (larger items have transport info listed with them in their descriptions)
